SSI Boat Diver

The first step in diving from boats is selecting one. Boats come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, styles, and prices. Some cater to beginning divers, others to advanced divers. Most differ by the services they offer and the areas they dive. Selecting a boat is a matter of determining the type of diving you want to do and finding one that meets your needs. Once you know what you need, you can judge the features of the boat and the type of trip it is taking. There are boats you live on, boats you spend the entire day on, and boats that shuttle you to the dive site and back. An important factor is the boat’s safety equipment and procedures. To reach your decision, weigh all the input and look for the best fit.
